Dr. Steve Radford, Antelope Valley Union High School District

Dr. Steve Radford is the Regional Director of College/Career Preparation and Adult Education for the Antelope Valley Union High School District.

Dr. Radford graduated from Palmdale High School.  He went earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, his Masters of Arts in Educational Administration from California State University, Bakersfield and his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.

Dr. Radford began his career teaching at Lancaster High School.  Over the past 19 years he has worked with students as a teacher, coach, and administrator.  As an administrator Dr. Radford spent time at Littlerock High School, Eastside High School, Palmdale High School, and Lancaster High School.  In his current role, Dr. Radford oversees Adult Education across the valley, which includes the development of both Academic and Career Preparation programs for Adults.
